Decontare abonamente CTP_iulie-septembrie 2025 / CTP Subscription Reimbursement_July-September 2025
Pentu lunile iunie – septembrie 2025, decontarea abonamentelor CTP se va realiza de către UTC-N pentru fiecare student astfel:
- Dupa achiziționarea abonamentului, studentul care solicită decont va completa formularul online cu datele solicitate (numele şi prenumele, CNP, anul de studiu, specializarea, cont IBAN şi suma ce trebuie decontată. Studentul este răspunzător de corectitudinea datelor.)
Formularele sunt disponibile în luna următoare achiziționării abonamentului în perioada 1-15 a lunii.(Ex. pentru abonamentele achiziționate în luna iunie, completarea formularului se va face in perioada 1 – 15 iulie. ( Flux de lucru – Studenți)
- După completare, formularul se află în status de validare. Pentru a fi validat, studenții trebuie să depună bonul în original la secretariatul facultății la care sunt înscriși. Pe spatele bonului se vor scrie numele, specializarea si grupa .

For the months of June – September 2025, the reimbursement of CTP subscriptions will be carried out by UTC-N for each student as follows:
- After purchasing the subscription, the student requesting reimbursement will complete the online form with the requested information (full name, personal identification number (found on the residence permit), year of study, specialization, IBAN account, and the amount to be reimbursed. The student is responsible for the accuracy of the data.)
The forms are available in the month following the subscription purchase, during the period from the 1st to the 15th of the month. (For example: for subscriptions purchased in June, the form must be completed between July 1st and 15th. - After completion, the form will be in validation status. To be validated, students must submit the original receipt to the faculty secretariat where they are enrolled. On the back of the receipt, the student’s name, specialization, and group must be written.
